At &SONS, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
